Digital Nexus provides IT services for small and mid-sized businesses. This notice covers this website, www.digitalnexustech.com, and the contact form on it.

What we collect through the contact form
When you send the form, we receive:
- your name, email address, and message (required)
- your company and phone number, if you add them
- the services you checked, if any
The form also has a hidden field that people never see. It helps us filter out spam robots.
Please leave passwords and other sensitive information out of your message.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request and to keep a record of it. We may answer by email, or by phone if you gave us your number.
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Who handles it
A few service providers handle your message on its way to us:
- Microsoft Azure hosts this website and runs the small program that checks the form and passes it on. That program does not save your message or write your details to its logs.
- Twilio SendGrid delivers your message to us as an email. Its delivery records include the subject line, which contains your name.
- Microsoft 365 runs our mailbox, info@digitalnexustech.com, where the email is kept.
These companies may keep their own technical records, such as delivery and security logs, under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our mailbox while we answer you and for as long as we need a record of your request. After that, we delete it. If you would like it deleted sooner, just ask.
Browsing the site
- This site does not use cookies, analytics, tracking scripts, or ads.
- If you switch between the light and dark themes on our home page, your browser remembers your choice on your device (in its local storage, as
dnt-theme). It is never sent to us or anyone else. - Our fonts are served from this site, the same way as the pages themselves.
- Microsoft Azure delivers these pages. Like any web host, it receives your IP address and browser details to do this.
- If you type digitalnexustech.com or dnt.co, Cloudflare forwards you here. Network Solutions does the same for digitalnexustech.net. Both receive your IP address and browser details to do this. If one of the two Cloudflare addresses later fails to load, your browser may send Cloudflare a short error report.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete them. Email info@digitalnexustech.com or call (949) 309-2410.
You do not have to use the form. You can always call or email us instead.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and its date.
