Standard Rate

$175 Per Hour, Consulting, Tech Support and Networking.

$225 Per Hour, Application and/or Database Development.

Travel charge is billable at $95 per hour.

On-site visits are billable at 1-hour minimum.

Discounted rate is available with contract agreement and Block-of-Hours purchased.

How do Managed Services work?

You simply login to your Supportacus Service Request Management web site and create a service ticket. Your service ticket gets assigned to a technician. The technician performs the required services and enters all activity related to your service ticket into Supportacus. The entire service process is managed seamlessly by Supportacus. You can view the complete history of your service ticket at any time by logging into Supportacus and selecting your service ticket.
